1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after [2:00 PM UTC] will be processed the next business day.
- During peak sales or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
- Custom or personalized items may have extended processing times, as noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All shipments include full tracking. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, and your shipping destination. Final shipping costs, available shipping methods, and any eligible free shipping offers will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before you complete payment.

Estimated delivery timeframes by region:
- European Union: 7-12 business days after dispatch
- United States: 7-14 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 10-18 business days after dispatch
- Australia: 10-18 business days after dispatch

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
#### European Union
- All orders under €150 are shipped with IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registration. The price displayed at checkout includes all applicable VAT and import duties. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- Orders over €150 may be subject to additional import duties and VAT upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

#### United States
- Product prices do not include state sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with state tax laws.
- Import duties are generally not applicable for standard consumer shipments. Any rare customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

#### Australia
- All orders under AUD 1,000 include GST in the displayed price, which we remit to the ATO as required by law. You will not be charged additional GST upon delivery.
- Orders over AUD 1,000 may be subject to additional duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

### General Note
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority. Please check your local import regulations before placing your order.

 4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through your customer account on our website.

 5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- **Damaged on arrival**: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- **Lost packages**: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (no tracking updates for 30+ business days), we will offer a full refund or free reshipment at your option.
- **Marked delivered but not received**: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Undeliverable Orders
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the package is returned due to our error, we will reship the order at no additional cost to you.

7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
